Paint workshop in the magical Galilean winter

The workshop includes oil and watercolor demonstrations, teachings of drawing, composition and paint applications.

Suitable for beginners and advanced.

 

Folding painting easel – compulsory.

Folding chair (if packable in case). 

Hat.

Rain cape.

Travel bag for painting site equipment.

Paintbrushes (all types and sizes), paints, oil and turpentine. A bottle of Liquin should be included.

Painting canvases cut into various sizes (you can take a plywood board and a frame, in one size, on which to stretch the canvas or bind it on with adhesive tape).

Strong masking tape. Pushpins (coloured type).

A “viewfinder window” for composition – can be prepared by cutting out 2 shaped pieces of cardboard.

Drawing equipment: pencils, charcoal, erasers. 

Sketch book.

Plastic utensils for carrying food to the painting site and a drinking bottle.

Comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for both warm and cool days.

Painting umbrella (if available).

Clips and cord for tying (e.g. umbrella).

Shopping buggy (for whoever wishes to make it easier to transport all the equipment).

Sunscreen cream.

  • Minimum enrollment requirement for all studio workshops is 5. Students will be notified if this number is not reached 60 days before the first day of class. At that time, they will be given the choice of either enrolling in another workshop, availability permitting, or having their payment refunded. Students may continue to apply to workshops even after the deadline and through the first day of the course.
